Before you start feeling the burn in your two approximately 50-minute to one-hour sessions, you will receive a full physiological evaluation, including a review of your health history; body and body-fat measurements; joint, ligament, tendon, and core-muscle stability tests; and a gander at your short-, medium-, and long-term fitness goals.
