Great classes that really hit a variety of muscle groups. Isaac changes it up every class to hit a specific muscle group(s). If you like a good workout then I highly recommend these classes.

A very challenging fitness and martial arts program. All of the instructors, and students are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and helpful! I started with a boot camp but also decided to enroll my family in other programs
