Itty Bitty Cake, Colorado Springs

Order was difficult to place because nobody ever answered the phone. My group on was about to expire so I drove to the shop and placed my order there. The man there did not seem very knowledgeable. When I received the cake pops they were the wrong flavor. The only way I could tell the flavors apart was the color because they were so bland. Ordered chocolate and received red velvet, ordered lemon and received something yellowish. The ones I make at home are much better. The web site made them look so professional I wanted to try it. They must use stock photos because the ones I received were anything but. Never again.

I didn't even use my groupon. After MONTHS of trying to get ahold of these people and they moved twice, I gave up. Terrible business with terrible business ethics.

Horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer their phones, or return messages. On their voicemail they ask you to visit their web site which is non-existant. I thought they had gone out of business. In a last ditch effort I stop in their store only to find a few cup cakes. I ask if I can order some, but they don't have a list of flavors. They say to visit their web site. When I told them the web site doesn't work, he shrugged his shoulders. I finally got my cupcakes, and they weren't even very good. I will not ever return. If you want a good cupcake go to Chef's Sugar.

They were closed when I tried to go. Selection wasn't very good when I did finally find them open.
