It makes me sad to write this review. I purchased a Groupon for a massage. I have been unable to use it because my massages have been cancelled by the therapist. The first one was due to a car accident. I felt bad and was very understanding. I never heard back from the therapist so I messaged her to see how she was feeling and she if she was still working. She scheduled me a massage for 2/9/18. On the morning of the 9th I messaged her to verify that I still had an appointment with her. She said she got the dates confused and apologized. -She then offered to contact Groupon to get me a refund. That was almost a week ago and I haven't heard back from her. -I am unable to get a refund from Groupon because my coupon got marked as redeemed when she asked me for the code the night before my first scheduled massage that she cancelled. -I understand that life happens. It's no excuse for poor communication and not being professional. -It shouldn't be so stressful trying to schedule a massage :( I would like my money refunded. -After this experience I won't purchase Groupons from Massage Therapists who work for themselves. It's not worth the hassle/risk

Had a great experience. Booked a 6 visit package because I enjoyed it so much

The Groupon massage I got was great, then I purchased an additional package of 5 more. Those massages got progressively worse. She stopped using THC/CBD oils, and the pressure got worse every time though I did communicate what I prefer. She was almost impossible to schedule with- constantly rescheduling me last- minute, or taking weeks to reply to texts. Oftentimes I felt rushed in and out.

Excellent experience, I should return.
