No one was particularly friendly here and people seemed to have a bad attitude. One technician went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands... and he's touching our door handles, keys, and steering wheels? I'm used to Jiffy Lube where the technicians come out to your car and vacuum the interior as a complimentary service... I could deal with Midas but PLEASE people, wash your hands. That's disgusting.
