Hyacinth's Boutique and Spa, Colorado Springs

I waited 45 min b4 she was ready to start...kept telling me "every1 should be on island time" I sat in a chair in middle of her boutique, my feet soaked in a metal basin.....kept getting up to answer phone, help massage clients...Will never return!!! Very unprofessional, no SPA , pampering about it!! Bought a pair of shoes from her boutique, when I wore them I realized they were USED

The massage therapist was fabulous but it's in a terrible location and the room was 100% empty other than the table no decor no furniture, had to put my clothes in the floor. Check in was weird the setup was confusing a room full of clothes is where the desk to check in was, seating was down the hall which appeared to be another companies space. It was uncomfortable but the massage itself great

My second time there, this last time was for a Deep Tissue Massage which was EXCELLENT. The atmosphere was great and the people were very friendly as usually! I highly recommend this salon.

Don't go here! They like to do whatever they want even if you say you don't like it! Also, they like to tell your kids to do drugs because it makes concerts and raves WAY better! WTH does that? Worst place ever!!!!
