This was literally the least stressful visit I have ever made to a doctor’s office. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. They were easy to get ahold of in the weeks leading up; they answered emails ASAP. The tattoo removal process didn’t even take a whole minute and it hurt a lot less than I’d expected! I’m really glad I took a chance and bought this Groupon. I’ll be going back!

I’ve frequented quite a few laser hair removal centers in the DMV&this is the only one that’s ever given me an issue. I would go as far as describing the experience as humiliating&would never recommend their services to anyone. The information given over the phone (prior to my purchase) was incorrect and they charged a $50 consultation fee on an area that wasn’t evaluated prior to treatment.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions even before I asked them. Very clean and professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend others to use their services.
