Amazing staff and quick service!

I purchased the Groupon for a $60 synthetic oil change. The staff & service was fine but I was not pleased to hear that I still owed $15 (plus tax) beyond the amount I had already paid for my Groupon when the service was complete. Apparently the additional $15 was for shop fees & oil disposal. I had purchased the Groupon because it seemed like a good deal for a synthetic oil change but after paying the additional amount I left feeling disappointed and mislead.

With the groupon voucher/coupon for synthetic oil change and tire rotation, they only changed the oil and did not rotate the tires. Charged me $20.97 for miscellaneous fees. A good bit of time by the mechanic appears to have been used to find what other items the car might need and they gave me a list of items with the estimated cost. I get my car serviced by the dealer and most of these items have been serviced by the dealer. Not a good experience and I will be hesitant to go there again.

Wasn’t thrilled about the $20 added fee. Not too psyched about having to come back firstly because I didn’t have an appointment and then the next time because someone had left their car in front of the garage without keys and instead of towing, I had to reschedule. Had to comeback again and no discounts to account for my time wasted. I’m 22 minutes away. Time is money…won’t be wasting anymore here
