There were no instructions or information at the exit regarding drying and general clean-up. Also, there were men "hanging" around the front. Some women might be turned off by that aspect.

A lack luster car wash. One car still had dirt under the side mirror. More attention to detail is needed.

Though it was the ultimate automatic car wash machine, the blower didn't work or at least it didn't dry your car. My car was soaked.
