Make sure you get a print out of your alignment results.
They kept canceling on me and telling me that they didn't have any oil to perform the oil change. As a result, the Groupon expired and I never got a chance to use it. I'll never use Groupon or Sears again!
They kept declining to do the service on my car for the groupon and saying my car needed repairs first. I took it to my mechanic who said none of the things were wrong that they kept telling me were with my car. They also kept quoting me different amounts of additional costs with my Groupon which should have covered everything.
Did not perform a multi-check inspection on the vehicle and when inquired lied to that it was. I am not sure if the Oil and other services listed on the groupon were performed as well.
Wait time longer than usual. Also, the system did not recognize me as a groupon customer and I had to use my other groupon voucher code (I bought two). Both were marked as redeemed and i had to file a dispute with the customer service. Inconvenient!
Dont buy anything from groupon

Great service helpful technicians would definitely come back
Horrible. Sears at a Mall. Dropped the car off, told them I would walk around the mall while the car was being done. I had an appointment, plus there was sign on the wall about a 'one hour alignment service'. 2.5 hours later, they were still not done. At the 3-hour mark, a mechanic finally came over to me and said 'we were unable to do the alignment because a wheel bearing is bad'. I walked around a tiny mall for 3 hours because Sears did not think it was necessary to call me? While I was there, there were multiple other agitated customers there as well. The service was just plain awful.
I called Sears for the Groupon alignment to see if I could get a same day appt. They told me yes, if I could have it there by 5 pm, which I did. The alignment took a good 2 hours, but I was very pleased with the outcome! Car handles well and the steering wheel is finally straight!
