It took me a week and a half to get a hold of them to set up an appointment. I left several messages and final called Groupon because I was concerned it may be a fake company. Did an okay job cleaning in the end.

No call, no show to my 1pm appointment until 3:15 when i got a phone call. He did come at 4pm and did a good job cleaning the carpets but they seemed to still be very wet when he left....they took over 6 hours to dry and I had all the ceiling fans on
