I actually didn't get a chance to use my gift card as the business closed it doors. I went by several times prior to the announced closing date and they had shrunk the hours of operation. The one time I did make it into the store, they literally had only small and medium sizes and the store was half full. I let the staff know that I have a giftcard that I need to use, but they didn't help me.

I did not appreciate that my “Groupon” was worth $25 and the cashier only redeemed it for $15. This is the first time that I’ve had this happen with a “Groupon”.

They did not honor the Groupon for the offered deal. It was supposed to give me $25 worth of merchandise and they would only honor it at $15 just 3 days after I purchased the Groupon. Highly unethical business practice.

They are going out of business and wouldn't honor the Groupon for how we purchased it. We paid $12.50 for $25 worth of merchandise, we could only use it for $15.
