I want to thank you for a wonderful dinner at your restaurant! My daughter and I ate there yesterday, 4/21/13, and were very pleased. The plum tea was delicious! The young lady who was our server was very nice and friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our evening at KUI thanks to your kind hospitality and wonderful food. We will return.

Large portions and attentive service. Food was tasty and hot. We do lots of activities downtown, so we'll likely return--my husband wants to try the braised ribs.

They should show the details of a bill, instead of just showing the total amount spent. We did not feel like we spent that much but paid that amount anyway. Will keep track of how much we are about to spend while selecting food to be ordered next time. Still have a couple more groupons, so.

From Our Editors

Chef John Lee lords over a traditional barbecue grill at KUI Korean BBQ, his face illuminated by flames rising up from the oak-wood charcoal. Gingerly, he sizzles thin slices of tender bulgogi beef, plump galbi short ribs, and strips of spicy chicken. He then assembles the smoky meats on beds of rice alongside nests of carrots, tufts of bean sprouts, and a bright-yellow fried egg. To craft authentic Korean gimbap, he folds rice, egg, pickled radish, and fish cake into a seaweed roll. As John labors in the kitchen, his wife bustles about the casual dining room, greeting customers, handing out glasses of fruity soju cocktails, and refereeing sporadic games of musical chairs.
