Erica's wonderful! Very professional AND personable. The studio is immaculate and a great place to go if you're a first timer, because she makes sure you're comfortable. Her technique is phenomenal; hands down the best Brazilian wax I've had in the 5 years I've been getting them. I'll definitely be back!
