This is an awesome workout! It's definitely a great investment. All fitness levels are welcome. The instructors are sure to meet you where you are physically to get you where you want to be. Go for it!!!

I think Powerfit is a great way to get fit and I wish that there were more class times throughout the week. If there were, I would join PowerFit and make it my main place of exercise. I work usually 7:30-5:30 so most of the classes (except one on Saturdays) aren't possible. Great program!
