Every appointment I made, she cancelled until my Groupon expired.

I do apologize you but you must be mistaken. We don’t just cancel appointments. Firstly I would like to say that Groupon appointments are booked by our clients. Secondly, I would like to add that if any Groupon appointment was cancelled, it is cancelled by client. We have no knowledge of when a voucher is to expire. When a voucher is purchased we know nothing of it until you, the client , contact us or book an appointment. I am the owner and the only one allowed to cancel appointments and I would not and do not just cancel appointments without reason. I apologize if you waited until the last minute to book your appointment and then had to reschedule but a voucher has 4 whole months from purchase before it expires. We do not see that expiration or control that part of the deal. That is in the full control of the client. You did come in to see us and you made your appointment yourself, if it was cancelled then you must have agreed to reschedule your appointment. Again we love our clients and do not, and have never just cancelled an appointment, let alone cancel the same client more then once. My advise to Groupon clients would be to please check your expiration upon purchase and do not let the 4 months catch up to you so that you are in a rush to book an appointment before expiration, because there may be an issue with scheduling. We should all own up to responsibility for our own mistakes. We apologize again and wish you could have left us a review on your actual service. Thank you for allowing us to service you.
