What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Classes are held in ladies only facility no need to worry about wondering eyes or lurkers. Where we both empower and encourage women in a fun loving environment.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Students are encouraged to move and participate at their own pace. Learning about their own body and mind movements as they go.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration came from my own learning process of trying to find a more natural and healthy way to cope with life. Through that I found yoga, meditations, oils and a new way of life. I decided to become certified to teach others, so they too could experience this way of life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people become aware of the positive changes they are making and it having a trickle down effect in their lives.
