Wouldn’t know- they closed the Columbus location of this business, and I couldn’t get a return call back from the home office. I had to get customer service of Groupon involved to get a refund. Very disappointed.

Terrible...called several times on different days before I got an answer. Made 2 appointments only to get a cancellation email the next day. Tried to contact again with no response. Went up there and was told they do not accept Groupon any longer. Unable to get a refund from Groupon because my voucher was marked as redeemed.

Horrible!! I purchased 8 visits and they cancelled every single one. This location puts a Groupon out then decides they aren’t seeing any new patients so I had to get a refund by my Groupon and dispute a cc charge for the additional I purchased! Don’t go to this location
