Good at what they did. But had trouble getting an appointment. Left several messages with no response. And they only cleaned my dryer vent, no other vent clean.

The owner suggested that we have our 1 year old furnace cleaned (small 1.5’x 1.5’ section) and another small area while cleaning out the vents. I wasn’t there to discuss and my wife assumed it was appropriate based on the “professionals” recommendation. We were left with an additional $200 charge & several unreturned calls requesting a more detailed explanation.

Forgot to plug sump pump back in, after using outlet! Fortunately, I noticed the back up pump was running. Note: the LS voucher is just to get you started - be prepared to add more services.

Spoke with someone in the morning of my apt. to confirm apt time. Called back when no showed up, was told someone should have called the night before to reschedule, offered a couple of vent cleanings for my inconvenience. The day of my apt. he refused to honor groupon because I would not do the $300 extra work they recommend. He said it wasn’t worth his time unless I get the extra work done.
