The building was small there were a lot of people that stood around waiting to use washers and dryers. There needed to be more dryers to use and when you set the dryers to high you still had to dry a 2nd and nerd time.

When I went there, one of the washers that I used was defective (the bleach light wasn't working). I sat there staring at the machine just waiting for the light to come on so I could add my bleach to my whites. The light never came on. And to top it off, I didn't see any water or bubbles in the machine either. The next thing I knew, it had moved on to the rinse cycle, and still no water could be seen. I knew at that point that my whites would definitely not be white especially with no bleach added. I tried to follow the guide written on the machine that said add bleach when the light comes on and when that didn't happen, I knew that I was out of $2.49 and my clothes would come out just as dirty as they were when they went in. The lady that was using washers at the other end said that water wasn't coming into one of the washers that she was using as well. And that it said F2. She remembered that the washer she had at home would say F2 if there was some type of electrical problem. Anyway, I informed the attendant of the situation and she told me that sometimes things like that happen. So then I asked if I could get a credit and she politely told me no She said that they don't give credits. And that's when I decided that I won't EVER go back there or refer anyone there. I have never in my life experienced a situation like that when the merchant knows of a problem and DON"T try to fix it to please the customer in some way or another. Groupon or no groupon, I WILL NOT return there.

Too many kids running around, they need to have some type of policy that kids can't just be running all around and bumping into people
