Customer service is awful. I purchased the groupon and scheduled right away. Buckguy then rescheduled me twice (I am glad I wasn't in need of a cleaning for an event). After the reschedules, one of the owners, Leroy, (also a cleaner) came and told me he would not redeem the Groupon because of their mess up. So I rescheduled again to use the groupon, this time no one showed up or called!! I waited for a few days to see if I would hear from someone but I didn't. I finally called and said no one showed up last week I need to reschedule. This time they showed up and told me, yet again, they would not redeem the groupon because of their mess up. When they cleaned this time I had them do baseboards, cabinets and walls up to chair rail level, which they did an unacceptable job of. Finally, I rescheduled for the third time to try to use the groupon, hoping for no mess ups. Well the night before they emailed me and said I would have to pay bc my groupon was already redeemed. From there we sent several emails back and forth. I was told "the customer is not right" and "they don't work for free" and "im sure you don't work for free". I would never recommend this company, from the beginning it was a disaster.
