I went to Custom Computer Warehouse with my Groupon. The clerk said he never heard of Groupon. I told him to read the fine print. Eventually, he said he would accept the Groupon. The whole experience was worth ONE star. I finally was able to retrieve my computer, which he said was repaired after 7 days. I got it back with more issues than I had in the beginning. Reading the reviews on YELP...I know it was a mistake even with a Groupon. I won't go back there even to have them fix my new issues.

I purchased the time up voucher but when i got to the store to turn my laptop in i found out that my laptop had a software issue and that cost more but they accepted this voucher in place of what i really needed...The staff was very nice and professional... I would recommend them to anyone.
