My lash tech glued several of lash fan to my bottom set of lashes. She removed them and told me that I would have to schedule another appointment to fix the 5 missing lash fan. Not acceptable when I'm literally still on the table.

This was my first time getting pro lashes. The shop is clean and the tech was nice and easy to talk to. The lash installation experience was relaxing, I know I dozed off. The lashes looked good overall, but not as natural as I prefer. They kind of looked the same all the way across, but I prefer varied lengths. There were a couple days in the beginning where my eyes itched so much, but once I washed my eyes really well that went away. They stayed on VERY well. Too well. They took forever to come off and I still have a few left on after 3 months. No amount of oil or rubbing would remove them so I trimmed them to blend with my natural lashes until they fall out. Overall not bad, but not for everyone. Give it a try and see if it's for you. I wouldn't do it again because I prefer the custom look I can give myself.

Very welcoming and relaxing experience. I had a great lash tech and my lashes turned out fabulous.
