The owner is so kind and helpful, as are all of the trainers there! I have never spent much time in gyms, but they made me feel comfortable, which is essential for me. It's a small space, but it wasn't terribly busy when I was there (5pm-7pm). I didn't have to wait for anything!

Facility is very dirty and dusty. Supposed to open at 5:45am but varies greatly - usually between 6am - 6:20am. If not on a tight morning schedule, and just need access to equipment, might be good for you.
