The girl that helped me at the front desk was so nice and friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a great shout out but she was a taller girl with long straight brown hair. Such great customer service that seems to be getting harder to find these days!

The manager was very rude each time I came in. She acted like she couldn't be bothered. She offered no advice on which bed to use when I had asked. She was so rude that even her staff complained about her when she wasn't there. Apparently a lot of customers have complained about her in the past. I had hoped tanning would be a relaxing experience before my vacation and had hoped to come on a more regular basis. But due to the lack of friendly service and condescending tone, I will not return to LA Tan.
