The technician that did my gel nails did an awesome job and was very kind and personable. However, I was not treated as a valued customer by Stephanie, who runs the salon. I was very disappointed with how she talked to me during my visit to Luxe Nail Spa. The way in which Stephanie treated me makes me not want to return to Luxe Nails.

I had a Brizalin wax and it was terrible. I was told they used beeswax. When I got on the table I didn't see the wax and I asked the technician she said it was honey wax. Then she took the strips out I asked her why the strips and wax and not the beeswax. It was painful and uncomfortable. It took at least three weeks to heal. Never again would I go back. When I told the technician I have always had the beeswax she said it has only been around for a year but I've been using it for over three years. I do not recommend this place for a Brazilian wax

The service provided to me was standard but the receptionist and other techs that didn't have clients were disruptive and inconsiderate of the clientele that were there. I won't return for this reason.
