The staff at New Albany Dental Care is absolutely amazing! They were willing to accommodate me into their busy schedule AND the doctor stayed late to fill a couple cavities before I leave the country. Highly recommended!!!

No tips. Must say the office made me feel very comfortable. Everything was explained in so much detail, and I felt encouraged to ask questions or make my own comments. I don't think I've ever experienced this anywhere else, from New York to Utah and some states in between. I was given what I jokingly call a Work Detail where everything is broken down step by step with the expected costs, and also advised on ways to finance everything via insurance and medical credit. I have a lot of work ahead of me, but feel I am part of a team to ensure it all goes smoothly with satisfactory results.
