What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
Garage Door Overhaul: Replacing torsion springs, cables, rollers, drums and bearing plates. This service "refreshes" your garage door by replacing the moving parts that get worn out and keeps the door working optimally.
Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job?
Educating customers on the difference in a real 2-sided steel door with a dense, polyurethane core insulation versus knock off 2-sided steel doors with polystyrene (Styrofoam) inside. The durability and longevity of a polyurethane core door is much greater and is a much better investment.
What's one tip for first-time customers that will make them feel like regulars?
We are a service-based company, so we make house calls. The one thing I would like customers to know is that we strive to work around your schedule by working after hours and weekends. Even if you have a busy schedule, please don't hesitate to schedule an appointment because we will do every thing we can to make it as pleasurable and seamless as possible.
