I would give a zero, if possible, as my voucher was marked as used after an appointment was cancelled by the vendor & I was not called back to reschedule after 2 voicemails back to them.

Had my mother's (who passed away) car which has been sitting for a year and was quite dirty in and out detailed. The men very nice, professional and did a very good job. Will use them again.

DON'T DO IT! Not only did this company not show up for three scheduled appointments, they do not honor their agreements nor do they do a complete job. They do not answer their phone nor do they call you back promptly or even at all. You're asking for a headache if you do any business with this company. 2 words that are not in R&W's vocabulary...CUSTOMER SERVICE!
