Spoke with Whitney literally 3 minutes before my appointment to ask which room she was located in. She failed to tell me that her assistant would do my lashes even though I specifically asked for her. It must have been the assistants first time because the lashes were uneven, super spaced apart and fell out within 3 days.

The eyelashes were not individual lashes. One eye looked really nice and filled, the other eye was half done. Eyelashes started coming out after the first day. There were no lashes placed on the inner part of my eye. I would not recommend them.
