I felt really welcomed at Urban Podiatry. Scheduling was easy and could be done online. They sent reminders for my appt. Good parking for Clintonville. Office Manager Steve is very friendly and went over everything with me. He was super nice and efficient. Dr. Bertolo went over the laser procedure. Dr. Bertolo is very friendly, engaging. The laser treatment was pretty pain-free. The worst part was my embarrassment of my feet! I was given a lot of information and a follow-up appointment. I would highly recommend. I chose this place due to all the high recommendations online and they were not wrong.

This place was fantastic! The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable. This is now my permanent podiatrist :)
