I was not there on March 28th

Instructors were great with the kids. My kids age 7 and 5, can’t wait for the next class.

A party consisting of a bunch hype 9 year old boys was no problem for FlowVault staff. The activities were nonstop and every attendee left fully worn out and a smile on their face. Highly recommend

My husband took our out-of-town niece to an all-levels parkour class, which neither of them had done before. We didn't know if she (or he) would like it, but so many things are closed thanks to covid we gave it a shot. He thought the class might have been a bit more structured, but didn't stress that too much since it was an all-levels class. He said that no one got hurt and everyone had fun. (Our 16yo niece who isn't particularly athletic said she'd go there regularly if she lived here.) They were both quite sore the next day, but were still glad they went. Overall it was a win for both of them :)
