What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are clean, friendly, and child centered. We do not focus on competition but rather gross motor skills and leadership and confidence. We would love to have you check us out for a month and see why we love what we do here at Flipz.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? This class is offered for children who are walking through age 3.5.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We wanted to encourage children to exercise and participate in the wonderful sport of gymnastics. With the obesity rate rising in this country we believe that getting kids to exercise early makes a big difference.

What do you love most about your job? The children! The joy on their faces when they learn something for the first time.

Ninja Challenge

Flipz has established an exciting new program called "Ninja Challenge".
It is an obstacle course based program that incorporates basic gymnastics skills, conditioning and flexibility. We are developing this program in cooperation with Sterling Gymnastics in Sterling, MA.
Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 18.
Many other New England gyms are also working on developing this program which will create competitive opportunities in NH, MA, CT, RI and VT. Everyone involved is very excited about the possibilities that this program holds.
The program will develop into a full physical fitness program.
We incorporate standard gymnastics apparatus including vault, rings, bars, balance beams and Tumble-Trak. Other specialized ninja training equipment is also used, such as cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes and ladders. Each portion of the obstacle courses also includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations. The desired result of this program is to improve children's strength, flexibility and all-around athleticism.
Junior Ninja (4-5 year olds) is a lead up to the full-sized obstacles that are used in the Ninja Challenge.
4 and 5 year olds develop Ninja skills with smaller, easy-to-negotiate obstacles until they are ready for the full-scale equipment.
