_We are not the cheapest gym in the area and neither is our service! We are an incredible community of fun loving positive people and Coaches and are offering you an opportunity to get in and try us out. Widely recognized as the BEST Strength/Endurance program in the Bay. We stay true to the "prepare for anything" methodology. We slowly bring you into our programming, coaching you in everything from Olympic lifting, FriNasty, and Metcons to Punching and Slamming heavy bags! We do so much more than others! Come in and "Get after it!" _

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

Our Programming is so unique to CrossFit it alone will keep you begging for more! Our Coaches are highly educated in Fitness and Nutrition, fun loving and know how to motivate members on an idividual basis. The Commuinty itself is made up of such wonderful and motivating people! No D-bags allowed!

Being a newbie to Crossfit but motivated to make positive change I was a bit intimidated at first to start. Cale was my trainer on the first day, and went over my fitness knowledge on weights etc to identify how much support in learning the ropes I needed. I knew nothing about weights or CrossFit (as my regular fitness routine is usually running daily). Cale was super patient and also very encouraging/challenging in a good way. Left class feeling motivated to really make CrossFit a part of my daily routine. So glad I checked out CrossFit OverWatch!

Had a short stay in Concord and this was just the right place (with great people) to start my days and set my day on to a good start. I’ve enjoyed my time so far here and hope to continue doing so.

Jimmy/Owner is full of knowledge and truly cares about coaching each athlete who walks in his door...and this is from meeting him just 1 time!!! 5 stars all the way
