Mr. Clean Ducts, Concord

This company took approximately 3 weeks to respond and schedule a date to do the job, It was schedule for February, they did not call or arrive to do the job, I have called them and have not gotten a response

Be aware! these people are crooks! They came into my house to do a heater + duct inspection and cleaning. The manager spent a long time explaining to me how the system works (which I really appreciate) and how terrible it was. He told me that it would die any minute if I didn't do anything immediately and how toxic it was. He said it would be 13k to fix everything (not replace, fix), but if I did a service that very day to clean the furnace for $1,800 then it would be okay for a while. I wasn't ready to suddenly give them all that money so I kept on refusing. Finally the offered me a "special" to clean the main problem for $699. a this point I was over it. When I refused, he told his tech guy to take the vent cleaning device away. They didn't even looked at the Dryer vent, and I asked and he said it didn't need anything it was fine which really it is a tiny duct into the wall so it could have been true. I had asked the Manager to send me a quote via email. I told him I would look into it. He never sent me a quote. I was very stressed about the heater situation thinking that I would need to replace everything. So I hired a heater specialist (that know what they are doing) and told me my heater was fine and that I could turn it on! it is not new and he made some suggestions, but the cost of the suggestion was $350 not 13K ! I ended up having to spend $125 for a heater specialist because of this entire fiasco. It was not a very pleasant experience.

Arrived past the window period. They did not call to inform me, I had to call them. Hidden cost. The ad said that dryer vent cleaning was $49. Was told it would cost over $200 more dollars to complete the service.

Its not a service, its just an eyewash.
