Dear Monica, We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service. As the email we sent before our cleaning appointment stated, 2 hours might not be enough to clean the whole place to our high standards. Please note, that a deep clean of a bathroom alone can take between 30 min-1 hour to bring it at the level we want it to be. Garbage was not taken out to the dumpster because we thought you could benefit from more cleaning than taking the time out from your already short cleaning window to do so. We did our best to clean for the time given of the Groupon 2 hours deal. It is a deal for the time frame purchased and sometimes not enough for a full home service. Although nobody was home to see it, I even stayed longer just to finish vacuuming and mopping all floors. We have a 5 star reputation on all platforms due to our high standards and great communication when that is reciprocated. I even sent a follow up after our cleaning appointment with no response. All our efforts were made to clean every area in the time frame given and we are sorry you feel that the job was not done right!
