You just have to trust him to curate the entire multi-course meal. It's his pick of the day's freshest, most creative dishes—no ordering necessary.
The "Brunch Boxes"
These Japanese-inspired brunches still start with American brunch cocktails: a mimosa, a bloody mary, or a bellini. Then the kitchen sends out a small plate, such as goat cheese on garlic toast, followed by an entree. One option? A crispy soft-shell-crab sandwich with lemon tartar sauce.
