This was the worst service i received I spent over 100 on the groupon plus tax on the full price I have never paid tax for groupon cleaning I paid for 6hrs 2 people came 523pm to 719pm They did not move anything They dusted around everything I asked why i was told we cant move fragile things Last time i checked s sofa isnt fragile The corner on the left side of my toilet, still dirty Under my bed still a mess Behind my dresser nothing was touched What did i pay for? They did not use a mop they used a wet swifter to mop This was an absolute waste of money

Absolutely horrible. I paid for three hours of cleaning on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. They were so slow in cleaning. They never even swept or mopped the kitchen floor, no vacuuming, did not clean toilets and did not do a good job with the minimal cleaning that they did. I will never have this company return.

Paid for 6 hr service. Did not stay for the 6 hours, not even close. I arrived home about 4.5 hours in. Cleaning was mediocre at best. Did not clean underneath couch, in couch or around any furniture. Floors are still filthy near the walls and around furniture. Did not dust many items. Did not sweep under area rug or vacuum rug itself. Right near the edges of the area rug underneath is still filthy, she did not bother to move rug to clean underneath(its a small 6 foot rug). I am extremely dissatisfied.

It would be helpful if they would answer email messages from their website. Playing phone tag for days isn't an effective way to schedule appointments.
