The substitute for Lauren didn't listen to my problems. She then started treating me for problems I don't have, even though she referred to my chart before my session. She also seemed more interested in sharing her health struggles than helping with mine.

My initial call to the Center was a positive experience and the person who answered explained the limitations to GroupOn. I am very pleased with the professional courtesy and warmth of the staff. The one time I was late, they still accommodated me. Although I have received Acupuncture from other practitioners, I appreciated the thorough explanation of the fundamentals of this complementary therapy.
