Marked Groupon as redeemed right after I purchased. Never had a chance to use it.

DO NOT BUY. SCAM. FRAUD. The 800 number is disconnected, and they won't answer the 904 number. I've never been to their shop and they marked my coupon as used. FRAUD. I've contacted the Florida Sec. of State.

I never used this coupon. Called to make the appt owner answered phone. Hard to understand him, said he had a stroke, had no staff, running the place on his own, just walk in, no appt necessary. I decided to pass, now while I'm overseas coupon is marked redeemed. They have done this to others. Scammers, sorry you are I'll or whatever but this is stealing. I've requested a refund from Groupons.

Attempted to contact them to schedule an appointment multiple times via Phone call, Website Form, and Direct E-mail and never received any response back. Never got to actually use the coupon.
