Guy we dealt with was rude & condescending. He didn't follow through with all that was promised & when questioned became very defensive & argumentative. Basically indicated he should be charging a lot more than he was for what we got & we should be grateful. He also complained about how much he got for the Groupon which I think is unfair. I am not totally unhappy with the final product but the experience was not pleasant & if I had to do it over again I would not. I would rather have paid more & been respected & listened to.
