Classes are great for all levels. Led by an experiences Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Allow time for discussion and bonding with your baby and other pregnant women.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Women usually leave the classes with a big smile and are able to relax, have less aches and pains, and sleep better. For pregnant women, that's an amazing motivation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Inspire and empower women to take care of their body and soul. Expand their knowledge in anything and everything related to pregnancy and birth. so they can make informed decisions.

What do you love most about your job?
Connecting with women. Watch them grow mentally and feel empowered. Help them feel better about themselves, and have the birth they are hoping for.
