I sent the following email to Action today Hi, We had one of your staff come to our house today Mar 30th to do the furnace inspection and duct cleaning that we had purchesed through groupon. He cleaned the ducts in the upper part of the house but did not do any of the lower portion. We paid for the "30 point furnace inspection, and a full air duct cleaning" so please provide the service promised. Can you please let me know when you will return to do the rest. Thanks Alan

Tech showed up 45 minutes late. Upon arrival did a cursory inspection of the furnace. Immediately stated I was risking my family and needed a servicing immediately at the cost of $ 279.00. I asked what was involved in servicing, no clear answers were given so I said I would need to speak to my husband.After this the tech quickly cleaned the vents, returning several times to ask about the servicing, The price was reduced several times with me finally having to firmly state no. The tech told me he was going to pack up his equipment , a few minutes later I looked outside and he had left. Not professional, no business card was given, no thank you. I felt this groupon was a way to get into the house to try to obtain more money.

What does furnace and vent cleaning include? Paid an extra $229 for a furnace "service" - what's the difference in practical terms. Or is the Groupon only for vent cleaning?
