An amazing experience! The staff is great, facilities are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

In the middle of the session started to work blowers, not relax after that. The hair everywhere in the shower, curtais even in the tank. The all cabin and restroom needs repair. The administrator not pleasant even didn't offer somehow to solve this disappointment.

I went to the couple float spa with my partner. We didn’t get much explanation about the float before we started, considering it was our first time. No towels were provided only very small ones that didn’t even help with covering the floor. I almost broke my neck getting out of the bath due to there being no math on the ground. I was appalled by this. No towels were provided either.

Poor customer service. Float was supposed to be silent and they accidentally had the music on the whole time and didn't do anything about it when I mentioned at the end of the float..
