Over the course of life, the human body experiences natural wear and tear. However, Core Focus Training's mission has different plans in mind. Using an unconventional 10-week Core Focus course, the Canadian-based studio works participants towards their fitness goals by fostering long-term core strength, endurance, and agility. In addition to this class, a staff of certified Movement Specialists also lead personal-training sessions, fitness-rehabilitation programs, and boot camps.
