Image Optometry, Coquitlam

This was for an eye exam, very basic glasses and a basic contact lens set. I got my “money’s worth” for the exam an glasses so I’m satisfied. The optometrists were fine but the office staff and/or their computer system is awful. They have ordered my contacts and all seems fine. I wait several weeks, call or drop in to see if I missed a call to pick them up but am then told they didn’t actually order them at all. I can’t complete the process to get the right contacts for me. I even paid full price for a second eye exam because it had taken so long. I’ve been trying to work this out since I began this coupon in Nov 2019 realizing there is Covid delays, etc. I’ve had contacts since I was 18 and never had a single issue before. I’ve given up and am having my file sent to another office.

Friendly and knowledgeable very personable and professional

The salesperson who was eves dropping on my conversation with my sales lady was quite rude about my groupon. Saying it was expired when it wasn’t. Had dealings with her before. Very rude person!!
