Amazing! Debra is very knowledgeable and educated you all while getting an amazing stretch and relaxation time and you partner up with other amazing moms to be. Will recommend these classes to all mamas!

I was looking for specific prenatal yoga, not just a modified class that I could attend. I love it here, classes are 100% thinking about the mom and the baby. It’s a small and cozy place, perfect to take a break, relax and tone the body at the same time. Highly recommend!
