Massage was great! Ladies did a good job. Felt great after. Problem as the check-in and communication. Our appointment was at 4pm, so I drove like a gremlin to get there on time. Turns out they couldn't see us until 4:50. I asked if we would have a wait in text. No response or interaction until about 4:45. Would have loved to grab a snack or go on a walk instead of just sitting there wondering. Good thing I paid for two hours of parking otherwise that would have been an issue. The staff should have notified us of the appointment status before taking the clients back right before us. A 1 minute text saying "hey we are running late and will see you at 4:50 if that is ok, otherwise we will have to reschedule". An easy to find booking system could do this with automation.

Absolutely not worth the price at all. There was also a $25 required add-on plus tip for the massage. There was no technique at all with the massage. I was expecting deep tissue and this was absolutely not it. Definitely don’t waste your time going here.

Such a beautiful experience! Both of us left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and reassured about our contribution to this world.
