About Toasted Bagelry & Deli

Egyptian brothers Islam and Khaled immigrated to the United States in 2001 and started working in bakeries throughout New York and New Jersey. With a wealth of experience at their disposal, they headed down to Miami to open up Toasted Bagelry & Deli. In the cozy cafe with exposed bricks, the bagel masters do things the old-fashioned way with kosher malt, flour, conditioner, and filtered water. The result is topping-friendly bagels that could inspire jealousy in the saltiest of New Yorkers.

Toasted is one of the best bagel joints in Miami now. Bagels made from scratch, which is rare since most places buy par-baked bagels. Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious!
