Nice atmosphere. Massage was ok. There was a problem with appointment on their part. The spa called and canceled and did not have a lot of availability to reschedule within our time frame since we were on vacation and only in area for a week. Felt very rushed to finish up as they were closing.

The whole experience was terrible... The massage therapist was wonderful. I have nothing but great remarks for her. 1st) One of the reasons I chose this experience was because of location... the coral springs location is close to my home When I tried to make the reservation, I found the location had closed down. 2nd) I requested a female therapist, but initially received a male. This situation was quite awkward. 3rd) I was supposed to try the sauna therapy. I was not told (when appointment was made) that this location did not have the sauna therapy. Instead at the end of the session I was told to visit another location to try this technology. In the end I was very disappointed with the whole experience and will not return.

Buyers, beware!!! This place is a joke! Customer service is simply non-existent! Im highly doubting all the high rated reviews, this looks very suspicious to me. I arrived at their Weston location right in time for my appointment only to find out that they booked me in Davie. It took me about 20 minutes to get there and then I was "greeted" by the rudest upfront desk person I ever met. She handed me over the paperwork to complete. I started completing and when I was done I had to wait another 10 mins for her to finish her phone talk (which sounded non-business related). She then called my massage therapist. When we proceeded to the massage room he warned me that "we're very short on time, and that I will only have 15 mins of massage instead of "60 mins of massage + sauna" that I paid for. I was highly disappointed and went back to the reception to ask for clarification. The very rude lady upfront did not seem to care at all and after much-expressed frustration she said that she will talk to a manager and I will receive a call from them to find a solution. I never received a call on that day and the following week. I then accidentally noticed that they simply "redeemed my coupon" disregarding my complaints and not bothering to prior notice me. I strongly believe that by no means the businesses should treat their customers like this. I respect the cancellation policy, however as stated above - the late arrival for the appointment was due to the booking at a wrong location done by the staff, and therefore the customer should not have had any responsibility over this. Not only I never received any apology for the whole mess with the booking location, but I was also charged for the service that I never receieved! Simply stay away from this place!Buyers, beware!!! Beautiful spa. Very relaxing and calm. Employees very friendly. Clean, clean, clean. The products used for the facials were yummy. All green, made from fruits, vegetables, seaweed, etc. Wish I had one of these spas where I live.

Stood in reception area for 15 minutes with no one at front desk. So I called while I waited no answer. Finally once I had the massage it was not good at all felt like I had a student working on me. Also mentioned there was a infrared sauna which apparently did not exhist

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he walked out of there with the biggest smile. Everything was great.. his massage was deep tissue, his facial was amazing and the 60 minutes in the sauna was very relaxing. Clean place, great customer service and I would definitely do this again. Thank you!
